East Texas -- a patent litigation haven
It might seem like a local news service, but the South East Texas Record reports on recently-filed patent actions in district courts. The conspicuously patentee-friendly environment of East Texas has been the subject of much comment, mainly critical, in recent months, as this piece in MIT's Technology Review shows.
