Abbott v Medinol: full text now available.
A little while back, PatLit noted Abbott Laboratories Ltd v Medinol Ltd, an ex tempore judgment of Mr Justice Kitchin in the Patents Court, England and Wales on relevance and proportionality in an application for disclosure (discovery).
